Director, Crystel Murphy, has over 10 years’ experience in the education sector in complex behaviour units in special schools and assisting organisations build effective clinical teams. An NDIS registered company, Crystel Care strives to ensure clients are our priority. Our practitioners demonstrate engagement, passion, communication and commitment to all our clients. We currently have a team of highly experienced practitioners who are ready to assist our clients achieve the optimum outcomes from their therapy with little or no wait times.

What We Do

Positive Behaviour Support: Our practitioners provide PBS with a difference! They are all highly experienced and work with a wide range of ages, disabilities and cultural sensitivities.

Developmental Educators: Provide expertise in services centred on the living experience, needs, goals and aspirations of people with disability.

Occupational Therapy: Our Occupational Therapists are extremely passionate about their craft ensuring positive outcomes for our clients.

Speech Therapy: Our Speech Therapists are highly experienced in ensuring positive outcomes for our clients.

Minecraft Therapy: Minecraft therapy is a tool that allows participants to engage in therapy support online in a setting that is both safe and familiar, which helps them develop emotional regulation skills, mindfulness, confidence, and resilience to overcome anxiety, depression, or impulsiveness.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) Short Term Accommodation: We understand the importance of providing a warm and safe environment tailored to the unique needs of individuals living with disabilities.

LEGO® Club: Crystel Care’s LEGO® Club is a small group program designed to work towards individually determined goals identified by participants representatives.

NDIS Provider

A NDIS provider is a person, business or organisation who delivers NDIS funded supports to participants. Providers have different areas of experience and expertise.

It’s important to find the right providers to meet your needs. Providers can be large companies, charities, small not-for-profits, sole traders, or any other type of business.

As a NDIS registered provider we are regulated by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. All providers (registered or unregistered) must adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct.

If your NDIS funding is NDIA-managed, you can only use NDIS registered providers to deliver your services.

Participants who self-manage or have a plan manager to manage their NDIS plan funding can use NDIS registered providers or unregistered providers.
