Pauline’s work is grounded in trauma‑informed, neurodevelopmentally attuned, and person‑centred practice. She integrates psychological science with relational and ecological approaches to ensure behaviour support strategies are ethical, least restrictive, sustainable, and embedded within everyday environments.
