Navroz is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Crystel Care who is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through person-centred, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming practice. She works with children, young people, and adults with disability to better understand the reasons behind behaviour and to develop supportive strategies that promote wellbeing, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Navroz works closely with families, schools, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure behaviour support strategies are practical, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and environment. Her approach focuses on building emotional regulation, strengthening communication, and creating supportive environments where individuals can thrive.
With a background in both psychology and nursing, Navroz brings a holistic perspective to her work. She combines clinical knowledge with a compassionate and strengths-based approach, ensuring behaviour support plans are respectful, ethical, and centred on the individual’s goals and quality of life.
Navroz values strong relationships, reflective practice, and collaborative problem-solving. She is committed to delivering high-quality behaviour support that recognises each person’s strengths, dignity, and right to choice, while supporting families and teams to feel confident in implementing effective strategies.
