Julia is a Speech Pathologist at Crystel Care who brings a collaborative, practical, and family‑centred approach to her work. Born and raised in Taiwan, Julia is bilingual in English and Mandarin and enjoys supporting children and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Julia’s passion for speech pathology developed during her experience as a primary school teacher, where she witnessed the powerful role communication plays in learning and everyday life. She holds a Bachelor of Education in Special Education and a Master of Speech Pathology, and her combined background in education and allied health informs her holistic approach to therapy.
Julia supports children across a wide range of communication needs, including expressive and receptive language, social communication, feeding and swallowing, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She has experience working with children with autism, Down syndrome, and intellectual disability, and enjoys helping children build confidence in their communication and daily routines through practical and meaningful strategies.
