As the Director of Crystel Care, I am passionate about our clients, staff and the services we deliver. I continually strive to provide high-quality support within a strong cohesive team environment. My other passions are being an avid and continual lifelong learner, sport, exercise and above all, my family including my four beautiful children. My eldest child is on the Autism Spectrum and is a big driver of the passion I have in this field. What drew me to create Crystel Care was wanting more for my clients. I also see the difficulties my son faces and this continues to inspire me to do more for others with a disability.
