Behaviour Support Practitioner

Connor Scott is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong background in education and disability support. His career began as a Primary School Teacher, where he taught in both specialist schools for children with high needs and in mainstream public schools supporting students with a wide range of abilities.

Connor later advanced his expertise as a Level 3 Support Worker, providing tailored support to clients with diverse needs — from high to low levels of assistance. Drawing on his teaching experience, hands-on support work, and deep understanding of behavioural strategies, Connor is dedicated to empowering individuals, fostering independence, and creating positive, lasting change.

As a passionate world traveller, Connor has immersed himself in diverse cultures, gaining insights into different ways of thinking and living. This global perspective enables him to approach challenges with creativity, empathy, and openness, ensuring his strategies are inclusive and respectful of each person’s unique background.
