Anthony holds a Master of Education (Cognitive & Educational Practice) and a Bachelor of Education (Special Education & General Primary). He is also a registered NDIS PBS Practitioner. Anthony is highly experienced in providing comprehensive and personalised behaviour support services to individuals with disabilities as well as their support network. He takes a person-centred approach and builds a strong rapport with clients. He believes that communication is paramount, and it is of the utmost importance that the entire team around the client are all working together towards the same goals. He is accomplished in conducting assessments, report writing to assist with the attainment of appropriate funding for clients, identifying restrictive practices, developing interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans, and delivering training and implementing strategies and supports to families and/or staff. Anthony also has many year’s experience as a teacher supporting students with special needs.
