Once you have decided to engage Crystel Care as your chosen provider for your therapy needs, as part of the funding allocated through your NDIS Plan, we will schedule an initial assessment with yourself and/or a family member/caregiver/guardian to help determine your support needs and goals for therapy. Next, depending on your therapy goals and funding, you can then choose to engage in one of our intensive therapy programs or we can tailor a therapy package catered to your needs and funding.

Each session is charged at the NDIS rate for the allied health services, this is usually between $193.99 and $234.83 per hour. There may be report writing or research that is associated with your service that isn’t face to face. Any non face to face charges will be discussed with you at the commencement of your service with Crystel Care.

Yes! Our therapy approach is to deliver it in the most natural setting, this means our therapists will travel to your home, school, accommodation provider or another location of your choice to complete the sessions.
